Relax with Beach and River views in 3br apt w/pool

not worth it, spend your money somewhere else. Positive: the property location is perfect Negative: you pay a lot of money to stay at this property & it is not well maintained at all. there are holes in the walls all through out the apartment. powers points in the living room do not work, the main lights in the bedrooms do not work & the owner puts lamps on kitchen chairs in the corner of the rooms. the toilet on the laundry reeks of sewage. the couches are white with stain marks all over them. there are ridiculous house rules pinned on a wall near the kitchen. one of which states ‘please be inside with the doors locked by 9pm’, there is a ring door bell camera on the door to watch you come & go throughout your holiday & the owner states if she can hear you on the camera while your inside there will be a noise fee. there is also an extra $100 fee just to have someone visit the apartment even though they are not staying there. the owner needs a reality check, if your going to charge these prices & add extra fees at least keep the property maintained.

Positive: Booking.com charged me $130 extra because their server is in Netherlands. I did not expact that. You should mention it before we pay. I would like to book with this apartment but never through booking.com
